Cant see Dack making a dent in the championship anymore after his injuries. IF he stays fit and interested, could be a very good move... but IF with his record of fitness and recently wanting to get involved in his wifes reality TV stuff.

 

Don’t know where these twitter stories come from, but reporting an offer for Jamie Walker been accepted? Could be BS or no smoke without fire?

I saw some other stuff about Walker being in the closet too. I filed that under the same folder.

 

His condition handled in the correct manner Dack could be an asset to Sunderland, I remember Paul McGrath only being allowed to train certain day and he had a great career ounce he left Manchester United making 253 appearances for Aston Villa, different era I know but Dack could do a job for Sunderland handled correctly.

 

They usually come from someone’s mothers spare bedroom, or basement if she has one.

 

Seen a few tipping Sunderland this season. Doing bits in the transfer window and holding on to their assets. I really can't comment if Jobe Bellingham is any good mind....

 

Signed for a former manager too with Mowbray now at Sunderland. Maybe not as a 10 anymore given his ACL was done in both legs over the last 2 or 3 years. Still probably has it with the ball at his feet, maybe a deeper playmaker these days?

 

Saw Walker about an hour ago leaving his house to go to training with his bag and boots in hand when I was walking to the shop.

 

Rumours aside - it would be a real shame if we lost him. He has looked very good in some of the pre season games. He is out of contract next summer. Do we have an option to extend???

 

No idea on his deal. He didn't really have an "off-season" once it was once last season was over. Think the family went on holiday whilst it was half term straight after the Carlisle game, but he's been training every day on working up his fitness. He had some private PT workouts all summer and was either running his dog or going for a run himself around Roberts Park early mornings before proper training started back up with the squad.

He's looking sharp in pre-season so far, think him and Pattison could work very well moving the ball forward centrally. Think our problem last season was if a chance wasn't created out wide, we didn't look like we got through the gears. Hopefully that's been sorted.

 

I thought he was underwhelming last season and wonder if he ever really recovered from his injury.

Underwhelming yes. But he obviously has talent for this division. That injury didnt do him any favours so hopefully we see the best of him this term.

 

Money talks I guess. No doubt Sunderland can offer far more in wages than Millwall.

 

As @Jordan says he's back with Tony Mowbray who I believe signed him for Blackburn so he should know what the lad is capable of with regards his injury, and now a days for players its a given that they don't do the full 90 minutes.
