    Lee Angol is far from exceptional. He’s not the worst player to have worn a City shirt in the last few seasons by a long way. But he’s a million miles from being exceptional. A lot of talent that’s is very inconsistent and backed up with hamstrings made of glass. A bit like Zeli Ismail.

    Headscratcher, Robbie Gotts has gone to Barrow this season.

    Could have helped City but when you have no budget left you cannot compete with the likes of Barrow.
    Sigh.

    Adams was on the lookout for another midfielder.

    Yeah I saw that as well and he also got a similar ratio for Swindon. But who cares about looking at all the stats when most on here just want to moan that we couldn't get Ronaldo.

    Clearly a problem child, but also clearly someone who can score

    There’s a feeling of deflation at the moment (elation for the Vale fans), buts let’s remember, we were waxing lyrical about probably the best City performance for a long time against Stevenage and we’re sitting 3rd in the league. Yes we needed to strengthen but if players don’t want to play for a successful manager in Adams and in front of 15k home fans most games, then there’s not a lot we can do. Adams now has to show what a miracle man manager he is.
