    A lot of the strikers will he holding out for better offers won’t they. If you are a free agent and know your worth its bad business accepting a deal early in the summer for many.

    some will be intent on a certain club so sign sooner but to many a club is just an employer and they want the best deal possible.

    apart from offering Mullin a deal I dunno who else for sure we have made an offer to.

    And we'll get pittance for them too. If we're serious about producing our own talent, then improving the clubs academy status needs to be high up on Ryan's to do list otherwise the big clubs will just come and take anyone remotely promising and we'll have nothing to show for it.
