Formation needs to change. We're at a tactical disadvantage when defending and creating nothing going forwards.

It's not that the players are making poor decisions really, it's just that we don't have any attacking plan.

Hughes seems happy to hold on for a point at midtable Wimbledon and Stockport.

Good decision.. We need 11 players. Cook would be useless in a game like this, he would just fall over, fail to win any headers and just moan at the ref..
