League specific are just way overpriced right now. It would make getting your investment back from streaks alone tough and winning cash rewards in league specific leagues is much harder. I'm holding off for now and will look at them in a few months time when prices should be lower and making the money back on streaks alone will be more viable

 

Crashed and burnt on the streaks this Game Week. Considering that I've done ok though mainly due to actually winning 1 of the 2 Arena's I entered.



A T2 card should be reasonably good. Although annoyingly if I had gone with the other keeper I was considering I would have got a Star card

 

I actually got more essence than I was expecting, 1050 plus bonus.

Not awful but I do have too many keepers as it is with the new structure. Suppose an extra inseason keeper will allow me to use an outfield classic card that is more likely to score big. Right now I only have a single inseason keeper

 

Still haven't got the APi working correctly to get my score predictions working however I have managed to code something to help me with Arena.

Something I've been struggling with is the fact we can swap players in those lineups until their match starts when that place in the lineup locks. The problem is Sorare don't make it easy to see when cards that aren't in lineups have upcoming matches so I can forget to check if my cards are in the starting 11 when I might want to swap that card in rather than wait for a placeholder card's match when they might not start.

So I have a script that I can run when the last game of the previous game week has ended which looks up every card in the selected users gallery, finds what the next match they have and the Game Week that happens and then filters by the upcoming gameweek to give a full list in date and time order of the cards that have a match to give me the output like



That way I know when the games will kick of and a rough idea of when the teams will be announced and it makes it easier to adjust my Arena teams through the Game Week so I don't have someone I forget to take out who gets a DNP when I have another choice who started and even if they only scored 35 points that 35 can often be the difference in being in a reward position or not.

I've still got some testing and tweaks to do so it might not be done for this upcoming Game Week but certain for the next game week it should be and I'll start posting the full schedule for all your players as it should also help you all as well

Yes they do. They just get treated as if they were the Limited version of the card so get everything the limited version would get

I was getting more Essence but then my last card to play in one of my llineups managed to score and get an assist and I snuck into a card reward. Was unexpected for a CB. While essence gives me a chance to get a better reward than t2 with my luck I'll take a t2 over the essence

 

Ended up with 150 more essence than predicted.

Cvetkovic is annoying as by the time that caed is any good it will be a classic card. And Kim Kang-San is a great T2 BUT I already own one of his cards. Admittedly its a classic and this is in-season but would another card of this quality would have been better

 

He just moved to Holstein Kiel who play in the second tier of Germany. He did play their first match of the season so might be a pretty good card

 

Got the first streak claimed on Contender again. I see they now give you a choice of the cash or 2000 essence (I took the cash as crafting is so random even if you use all the hints). I'm also already over the challenger one with 2 cards still to play. My MLS stream is borderline, all 4 of my lineups can still do it but its touch and go

 

Got the MLS streak so that $6 for challenger, $6 for contender and $3 for MLS. Also onto win $10 in challenger. If I keep that $25 won plus the essence will be a decent week
