It wasn’t his first cap so why praise him? Should we praise Doyle for each of his recent caps?

I didn’t find a negative Park. I just don’t agree that “City fans have written him off but he gets in the Norn Ireland squad”.

 

Good grief. I wasn't being serious.

 

To say he had such a disappointing season i’d say most of the fans have been patient with him. Just because he got a cap at a nation that struggles for players doesn’t distract from the fact that McCartan was poor last season. I believe in a new start to a new season but he has to raise his game this year if he wants to progress, we can’t afford to carry passengers this year.

 

I don’t go with this, i haven’t seen anything to his game to suggest he’s good enough to play the number 10 role at league 1 level, he hasn’t got the vision of a Billy Clarke. Seems to like running with the ball at feet so to me the only way he will progress is as a striker alongside someone like Wyke. Looks a far better prospect there than Poleon or Jones.
