    I live just over an hour away from the ground and working too unfortunately. I would say though, that maybe the club could increase the number of telephone operators in the final days of the various offers.

    When you eventually can get through, the Ticket Office staff are really helpful. I have talked to Mick Lamb for nearly 30 years. A true City Gent.
    The problem for several of us has been the Ticketmaster system, not allowing us to alter the classification or a message saying the ticket is not available. The only way of resolving the issue is speaking to the Ticket Office. I had 40 minutes over two calls, @Inspector@Inspector waited a whole 1 hours 25 minutes (listening to Takeee Meee Holme Midhaland Rhode on a continual loop).
    I also live just short of an hour drive from the club, so not easy just to ‘pop down’ and sort it out.
    So a :thumbup: to the Ticket Office (although they could have more staff available on these days) and a significant :thumbdown: to the crap system of Ticketmaster.
    Hope everyone got sorted out and the tickets they wanted.

    Best way is select auto renewal.
    I was in Portugal and got an email in March saying our season tickets were sorted. Totally forgot about it.
    No stress.

    If you know for sure of your circumstances and intentions a year in advance then this does look the easiest option to take.

    After 30+ years of having a ST, we have regrettably not renewed this year. We have been unable to attend numerous matches in the last few years. My husband has back and knee problems which makes it very difficult. So we will be walking up fans when we can.
