i had the same issue, seat at the side of me permanently empty, but was told on several occasions that it was sold to a season ticket holder, at least 5 years.
Wanted it for years for my grandson and finally got hold of it for this season, he has only attended once as he has lost interest, and i am not one to drag him along, if does not want to go.

its probably about 1 weeks wages after tax for most. What are the price ranges if that is a mid price
I do agree that all things are becoming stupidly priced, as you say around £10 for fish and chips, one thing is for certain, it wont get any cheaper.

So if we sell 16000 tickets again and the club makes on average an extra £35 per ticket , that will increase revenue by approx £560k, or just over £10K per week
that might equate to a couple of average players at our current level

I believe that is their most expensive. I've never really understood it (unless it's a huge stadium), but some clubs do different pricing for different stands and they are one of those. Their cheapest is cheaper than ours.

I don't suppose there's a definitive argument for or against but given they've mentioned that they are rolling it out surely they should either hold off until next year or hold off selling tickets until the details are released.

It's very poor communication from the club.

I've seen premier league clubs do it but they have a demand that outstrips supply. We aren't at that stage. If I have a reason to not attend I usually end up giving the ticket to a friend or family

All of my friends and family that want to go have season tickets anyway to be fair so that's not really an option for me. I'd just like the club to have mentioned it, along with some details in the Season ticket drive. Either that or announce that it will be in place for the 27/28 season instead.

They won’t let you sell back your seat for midweek matches just for higher demand Saturday games.

I think they're looking 3% rise according to someone on their forum.

That's why i said an average of £35 per ticket, taking in tax and the fact not all are full playing adults. the adult prices are going up £50

Good job they have money bags Nagle to prop them up then
I reckon they might not sell as many, especially if they miss out on the playoff's and 3% wont cover the possible loss in income.

I don’t think there will be any selling back at all.
