    Thanks-Is that on the official ticketing website or the City one? Looked on both and I can see my purchase history but no link to my ST anywhere-it just offers me a chance to obtain a ST. Maybe you can post a screen shot of yours in a DM ? so I can see what you are referring to?

    On the app not a web site. screenshot would depend on type of phone. On mine it is three little lines at top corner, then My Account and then season ticket

    I think you have to create a different login for the app. I did that with the same email but a different password. Then click on my account, season ticket and the qr code comes up.

    Haven't managed to get to a game this season but noticed today that the QR code on my actual season ticket is different from the one on the app. Same account and seat details... Anyone elses different? Figured they'd be the same and don't want any hassle at the turnstiles.
