Season Tickets 2022/23 - 'Own The Moment' (with Poll)

I don't even remember they're been an option for a "physical ticket"??

 

In early season when I'm not sure which players which
I have my Mobile at hand, open my twitter account, get match day line up, and use that to identify

 

When i went to the ticket office to renew they never mentioned anything about a print off. Just either a physical card which would be a fiver and a fiver postage or download the city app and use the qr code.

 

When I went to renew ours I was charged £363.
£350 for 2 renewals
£10 for 2 plastic cards
£3 postage.

 

Same I wouldn’t have bothered with the plastic card had I known, I’m not bothered about the money but it would have been good to know as it does reduce the use of plastic. With the world how it is now you’d think they’d have advertised that better tbh.

 

Where do I get the old school chequebook-style ticket book?

I want to tear them out game by game.

 

I got an email earlier with my QR code, but it only looked to be for my ticket. I hope the kids are all on the same QR code as none of them are old enough to have a phone or their own e-mail address. I think I just banged my e-mail address in on everything when ordering!

wouldn't shock me if they have done this because the app is rubbish.. Can't even change your password if you forget it. Just wished they would have gone for Apple Wallet/Android Wallet.

That's the option went for, much rather have the card for back up

 

That would have been great. I think we have just about sorted the other half’s app after several emails. In the end they changed his password.
They are loading up ppl’s season tickets as we speak. We have both received the email. I don’t have a printer. I don’t want the plastic if I can avoid it, so if I screenshot that code will that work do you think?

 

that should work, I am going to flag that email as a back-up myself. would be daft if they refused on the phone, you could just print off 50 and hand them out.

 

Yes that is my reasoning as well. I am sure there will be gremlins and fraud. The app in my view needs looking at.

 

The app works without internet once the ticket is loaded onto it so having no signal won't be an issue, to safeguard against the app not loading just take a screenshot and save it in a folder which you can find easily as that will work just the same as the app.

 

It probably will only be your ticket as they are giving anyone with a junior or youth ticket a free plastic season ticket.

I wonder if they will accept the “printable ticket” if you just present the email on your phone and scan the QR code that way? Or screen grab it and save it to your photos?
