Season Tickets 2022/23 - 'Own The Moment' (with Poll)

TBF you can hardly call the service top notch if, when trying to renew online, you have to call the ticket office to resolve the issue.

Seems to be a ton of glitches in the online season ticket renewal system.

I renewed mine just fine online but it seems others were not able to. This is one area the club really needs to sharpen up on.

I wonder how many sales they may have lost so far with people who were not prepared/had time to call the ticket office to get help when renewing.

 

One thing that does annoy me is when I go to renew season ticket it adds the 20 people in my friends and family group meaning I have to go threw and delete the majority of it .

You misrepresented what I said. The service from the staff in the ticket office is top notch. The online system is pants.

And, let's be fair, if someone doesn't renew because they are having online trouble and can't be bothered ringing the ticket office, then they are hardly due hard city fans.

 

Don't have to be a 'die hard' fan to want a ticket, casual floating football supporters just as welcome....

 

Not my point Tony, which is that if you are currently a season ticket holder and are having difficulty renewing on line, then if you can't be bothered ringing the ticket office to do it, you really don't have a desire to follow bcfc in your blood.

If something as simple as an online glitch stops you renewing you are not really a fan.

Casuals definitely welcome, everyone welcome. But the analogy of not renewing because you can't get it done online isn't a good one.

Cannot see 4000 being sold in just over a week

 

Neither can I and there's plenty of factors regardless of the low ticket price.
Lots of people are having to tighten their belts in the present economic climate.
Obviously the delusional Derek Adams era can be added to the list of contributing factors as well.
I firmly believe if it wasn't for the signing of Mark Hughes and Glynn Hodges we would be looking at very poor ticket sales such was the wain in attending in person before they came.

 

I agree.

Forget about timing of players being signed or whether we shall see so called marquee signings before season ticket deadline, its the Mark Hughes factor that has sold season tickets this summer at a level which will see us probably beat last seasons total and reach about 13000-13500, but 15000 is just a bit too optimistic to me.

Still, it's a very commendable total we have hit already given the dross we have suffered last few years

There could be some holding back in order to change seats maybe so I don't think the numbers will totally drop off a cliff on the day after the deadline.
