Agree completely.

Lets hope the "marquee" signings are being kept back on purpose to push last minute ST sales.

 

It all depends if the four out of contract players sign up or not. If they do I don’t think there will be many more incomings unless any move on

 

It's probably me being daft but every time I have had a few drinks I attempt the ST purchase, but every time I've had problems and ended up sacking it off till later. At first it kept having me down as a disabled helper with no option to change from previous when I always took my dad before he passed away, I emailed them and they reset/cleared my account their end and sorted that problem, but now each time when I alter one of my ST purchases through the friends and family drop down menu to my sons and then update the basket it adds 2 more to my basket and stops me proceeding to next stage even though the price is correct basket always shows 4. I will obviously go to ticket office and sort if I can't sort but anyone else had similar trouble or like I said earlier am I doing something pi55ed up daft?

 

Think a few folk, including me, have had problems renewing but as with me a fair few have had them resolved over the phone, they are usually very helpful and understanding....

 

Morning all. Should my 22/23 ticket be showing on the app? It still shows the 21/22 ticket. There is a "force season ticket reload" button in the settings but it doesn't seem to do anything.

 

It is technically still 21/22 so that ticket still shows.

If you go into your purchase history it will show your purchase for next season

Expected to surpass 10k at some point this afternoon.

Around 4,000 ST holders yet to renew.

 

Guessing 15,000 -16,000 mark when all tallied up?

 

Would love it to be that amount. Was it not 12750 last year . approx1000 extra so far, so if all re new thats just short of 14000.
So would be looking for a lot more coming back, it might happen and a few more signings might just sway the undecided.

 

All depends on whether we can capture the imagination of the fans who haven’t bought season tickets for a number of seasons - but still float about.

Just under 1,800 on average bought tickets on the day last season. If we can convert just half of those to commit to purchasing a ST, I think we’ll reach 14.5k-15k.

 

Remember though, Sparks said two weeks ago, of those sold then, over 900 were first times ST holders. That’s where I get my guesstimate from.

 

Will create a great atmosphere...

 

Back on topic?? I think that's a bit harsh, as far as I can see every post on this thread are about STs. A lot of queries/questions asked from genuine City customers having difficulty with an online purchase looking for any advice etc from fellow City fans who many will be more experienced of the process. Yes I know everyone could just phone the club to resolve but If a few can resolve themselves via some good advice from the many good people on here then surely that Is a good thing to ease even a small bit of work load from the club.

Gave up my season ticket 9-10 years ago due to family health reasons, and didn't renew when this ceased to be an issue as had lost enthusiasm. However, I've decided to buy into the hope that Sparky will finally turn things around and purchased a ticket for the coming season earlier this week. Couldn't have been easier, just entered my membership number and password from previously, and had a ticket sorted for the Bradford Lifts Stand in less than 5 minutes.
