We are essentially selling the brand Bradford City whilst the team staggers about trying to avoid relegation/avoid defeats to Sutton Barrow etc we have no experienced football men in the higher eschallons so basically all we are doing is selling a brand that's on its arse
Both Rupp and Sparks (who is praised by some) for keeping us self sustaining surely must realise this is never going to continue whilst having no success on the pitch that's NOT sustainable THEN WHAT
It's incredulous to think that Rupp and his advisors can't/won't see this at the minute he still has a choice sort it out personnel wise with a little investment or sell it the day is rapidly approaching when that option will disappear
A few wins on the pitch may pacify the hard of thinking but it's basically papering over the cracks

With managers falling over themselves for any opportunity of one of the 92 possible vacancies it seems very surprising that the Cowleys initial interest seemed to fall apart actually AFTER meeting with the club officials. Its alright some saying it doesn't matter now but it does, it raises questions as to what was said, or maybe not said that caused them to back out. Because it clear they were our number one target, also the dubious messages that seemed to have been spread about the knock back was for 'family' reasons when it now turns out it was nothing of the sort.

We should not be in this mess with managers reversing out the door due to lack of a credible plan. No amount of gloss or double speak and lies will paper over that they turned US down. How many more? Put that together with Deadly Derek contributions and it is not looking good at all

Having seen some publicity stuff it seems like they've been taken over by the modern day equivalent of the Waltons (ask yer grandparents you young uns)

 

There is no reason why Graham Alexander can't make a success of it at Valley Parade, there are clubs in this division and league 1 that have done far better than us with far less resources. What these clubs tend to have though is a vision to get the best out of those limitations by having everyone singing off the same hymn sheet. Something we haven't done for a fair few years.

 

The Cowleys must be stupid. We are the perfect club for them. Don't they listen to @ROKERITE

As in any industry, the longer you fail, the more people see that you don't know what you're doing and the soundbites sound more ridiculous. The Cowleys won't be the first to run a mile.
