Evans complaining about meaty tackles flying in last night.
He never ever shuts up complaining about the opposition.
Had the referee got a grip on proceedings last night the result would have swung in our favour that penalty call was an absolute disgrace it was a stonewall spot kick.
No guarantee that we would have converted the spot kick but some of the yellow cards shown were farcical to say the least.
It was bloody freezing but I still managed to keep my eyelids open enough to witness proceedings.
Rotherham got away with several innocuous challenges last night which should have been punished on the field of play but Evans only seems to see what he wants to.
Personally I wouldn't have him in our dugout but that's just my opinion.

We lost to a poor team last night, we drew to a very very poor team away on Saturday, we were beaten by a very poor team the Saturday before. Regardless of who is fit, who is playing out of position, whatever - they are pro footballers and should be able to at least turn up for work. Everyone in my business are expected to be able to adapt to an extent to cover a colleague should they need to do

Halliday playing LWB.....don't make me laugh. He's been shite since the start of the season at RWB/RB or whatever his "preferred" position is, playing LWB was strange but it didn't make him any poorer than he has been so far!! No excuse sorry

 

Mate, Evans would go the same way as every other manager we've had....change of playing personnel...6-12 months later we're in the same position, the fans grumble, Sparks gets itchy feet....eat sleep repeat etc etc

We were having the same discussions about muscle injuries, it isnt a new one. That's because we had a lot of injuries.

 

The discussion was about squad depth . I named approx 10 players playing last night who wouldn’t be classed as first 11 . ( Rough appraisal )

Injuries are injuries , in this debate the reason why isn’t being discussed Jon . That’s another debate altogether .
This is about comparative squad depths . Their team last night was made up of 6 background squad players ( Sky) V 10/11 of ours .
I’m not an amateur physician so can’t comment about injuries and refuse to do so , precisely because I haven’t a clue other than most seem to have taken place in games or during recovery ? .

 

4 of those weren't exactly first choice 11 players as it turned out Jon? I’d liken all 4 to be back up squad players .

I've been waiting for a change in our fortunes since we got relegated from League One at the end of the 2018/19 season.
Even if we were too secure a satisfactory sale of the club (Highly Unlikely in my Lifetime)all of the valid points in your reply would still apply.
I'd like to think and know many supporters have the same view me included but as with everything in life there's no guarantee.
