Without sounding like fordy we need to get serious as a club now as we know our fate for next season. Forget Rahic ever happened and concentrate on getting the club back to league one at the first time of asking.

Back Boywer and get in the players he wants. And give him the backroom team he wants. Let’s stop harping back to Rahic and move forward. We all know what happened and we need to recover and stop wallowing.

 

We are going to use it as an excuse forever. Already people are saying it will take 5 years to recover from Rahic. Defeatist attitude.

Let’s get Bowyer the tools to turn it around on the pitch. The rest will take care of itself

 

You have to give the guy credit. He said he had a three year plan to get us out of League 1 and he’s definitely delivered on that.

 

spot on, as shit as everything is now we have a chance next season to exorcise all the rahic shit for good by backing bowyer properly and thoroughly ripping up everything rahic did in his time here. Its a joke that we're in L2 but I'm optimistic that with the proper backing, Bowyer can build a team we can at the very least not completely despise. It aint gonna be cheap but hey, if you cant take the lows dont take the highs and invest in a bread company or something boring like that.

I'm not the OP, but it would have been interesting to see who the 6 at the moment are that voted 10, ya know just out of interest .
I'm not sure passing our opinions on this forum is not backing Bowyer or concentrating on getting our club back in league one ASAP, maybe you should be aiming that comment on those who have not renewed.

 

Fact is they appointed McCall and reached the play off Final, which the Sainted Parkinson failed to do. The fact that it went rapidly downhill from there isn't deniable.

 

as the saying goes, you can only beat the team out in front of you. however, the league one in the season that we reached the play-off final was probably the weakest it's been in the last 6 or 7 years. unfortunately, we failed to capitalise on that.

Yes and then we spend unnecessary money to bring Billy Clarke back as if we needed another player for that position !.

Have to agree with those that say move on, he did the damage this season. But next season those at the club need to be held accountable should we fail, Coventry and Blackpool both came backup at the first attempt with their disastrous owners still there and tiny amounts of fans turning up.

Compared to them clubs and others we got rid quickly, we have a clean slate we need to make the most of it.
