    The Royal Family aren't involved and can't get involved either financially or otherwise.

    I imagine the only support he's getting is the occasional 'chin up'.

    Do you not think the Queen will use her private wealth to finance a settlement? Although it's damning, they'll surely do anything to avoid him having to testify and be cross-examined. The worldwide spectacle would be enormous. Randy Andy's skint, so it'll be down to Her Madge to cough up the readies to minimise the damage to the monarchy, I reckon. He'll then be consigned to the shadows.

    so from that the report the judge has ruled the case can go agead but the Prince can use the agreement in the case and get the case thrown out once it starts ?

    They could certainly try, but they would have to be able to prove what the intentions of the agreement and the resultant clause were.

    With Epstein being dead, I'm not sure how they're going to do that.

    Maybe. But apparently they're going after the fact Giuffre doesn't live in America, rather than an ambiguously worded clause that probably doesn't favour them.

    That's correct. The intention behind the agreement is a matter of fact, to be established by the jury, rather than a point of law, which Judge Kaplan could have ruled on. Imagine Andrew's lawyers having to argue in open court and convince the jury that the case should be slung out because the agreement was designed to protect potential sexual abusers from being held to legal account!

    It’ll be settled out of court with a non-disclosure. And I absolutely 100% believe that the settlement will have zero financial element, just an unreserved and sincere apology.
