Premium Membership Changes

I reset both of your coupons as they were marked as used by you and then applied them as shown in the video and they applied as expected. I have no clue why its not working as expected for you and @Onside

Anyway you now have 2 years on your sub. And you can now change your password back (New one is in your email)

Still don't understand why it wouldn't work for you. It seems like they applied correctly when you entered them but didn't seem to upgrade you. But when I enter the same codes it worked perfectly

 

Ok like Tony it worked perfectly fine for me when I logged into your account. It's weird that it applies fully when I do it but only seems to half apply for you two. The new password is in your email and you can set it back to the old one (or a completely different one) if you wish

hmm strange that yours skipped that step, personally if I had coded it I would have had the script skip that stage when a coupon was only valid for a single subscription type but that's not how its coded so it should have shown it. It applied correctly anyway though without that step

 

I'm still trying to find the cause
