They say tickets are available but don't say how much they are but given what the supporters groups were saying the full price is (£65) I'm not surprised they are keeping it quiet.

 

Just give it to Halliday at training and save everybody the embarrassment of “celebrating” yet another failed season in the arse end of league football.

 

£65 for that shambolic ceremony. Give over. I'd want a lap dancer at every table for that.

 

Really looking forward to this! Should be a great night reasonably priced aswell for a 3 course meal.

I was thinking to suggest that we all vote for someone who’s barley played like Taylor but I think that would be harsh on our best player Halliday if anyone other than him won it.

 

Maybe so. But it's nothing sort than the club and players deserve. Holliday isn't all that. Like the rest of them.

 

To progress we need to address.

We have to go all out to build the best midfield we can, and that for me excludes Gilliead and Smallwood. A non productive midfield over the last 2 seasons and beyond has been the catalyst for the slow starts and lack of momentum. Winning the midfield and putting teams on the back foot is imperative to a successful campaign. Gilliead for all appearances and fitness is completely non productive. As for Smallwood, I'm not sure what he's good at, other than hoofing balls into the corner. He is surprisingly uncultured as a footballer considering he plied his trade in the championship. Either that or he's just become lazy.

 

Our players joined the protest against Sparks and Rupp for 4 games, we can't really blame them

 

I know we say each to their own etc, but any fan contemplating actually paying money and attending this event to celebrate and applaud a season of mediocrity and huge underachievement should be publicly named & shamed. You are all what is wrong with this club, enabling Sparks & co to get away with their pathetic running of the club

Have to say I agree, and this is what I don’t get with those complaining about protesting and complaining to Rupp. Imagine going to the same supermarket all your life and they start sell out of date products and endangering you and your family, do you complain or leave it be because you’ve always gone there? Of course you complain or something will go wrong, just like if we celebrate what has gone on the powers that be will think all is fine while we sleep walk to oblivion. It seems like the protests have died a quick death, but at least showing that were not happy through things like this is a good way to provoke and demand further action without risk to the club.
