Agreed. Too many 1-0 wins. We were winning by 2s and 3s at the start, need to get some confidence back in the strike force. Go up a goal an keep at it.

Not sure if this is of any interest but my understanding was that Plymouth got to three international call ups ( and therefore were able to request postponement of the City game), because of the late call up of Brendan Galloway to Zimbabwe squad. Yet Galloway did not appear at all in either of the two match day squads against Botswana on 28th or against Zambia today. There were questions at the late call up as Galloway had only just returned from a long injury lay-off. Is it all a bit fishy ???

No different to England calling up players and not playing them, if there was a risk of an injury then there is no point playing him.
Ultimately I don't think we were that upset when it was postponed as it gave us a break to reset and get players like Sarcevic back and by the time the game comes around Jackson should be back.

Not massively, there's a tonne of players who get called up and dont feature for nations. The other 2 were their stating keeper who's currently playing for Northern Ireland and their striker is in the Canada squad although he's yet to get a cap. He's behind strikers currently at Juventus and Southampton in the pecking order.

Well at least the international call ups helped them out :)

They've got one of the more favourable run ins apart from when they come to us.
Such a tight race for the final play off spot imo.

I thought they would beat Bolton in after the way they have been playing

Agree, while it's great to get the three points, it can be a frustrating watch seeing us 'hang on' with some dodgy moments!
As I've said before, the last time we scored more than two goals was in September at Cardiff (excluding the game against the Everton kids in the Micky Mouse Cup)
Our goal output is, to be honest, poor but also we can't complain at where we are.
Scoring goals give you a great goal difference and is equal to an extra point or two which could put us in one of the better play-off places.

We've not won a game by 3 or more this season in the league, we are one of only 2 teams not to do so with the other being Stevenage. Only 3 of our 15 home wins have been by 2 goals, the rest have been by 1.

I'd still make Plymouth just favourites for 6th place. As you say their fixtures are nice especially the last 2 being against the bottom 2. Reading have some tough games. Wycombe probably need a win on Monday to stay in the race and Stevenage can't win away from home.

Their last game of the season away to Bolton should be a hum dinger, the winner taking a play off spot.
