It's exactly that isn't it - a roll of the dice. That's all we have.

 

Isn't that what most clubs have? A roll of the dice? Even Man Ure are struggling to nail down a successful (in their eyes anyway) manager.

One name missing from the poll. Gary Jones has been doing his coaching badges. Has no managerial experience yet, but I couldn't give a shit. I'd appoint him like a shot.

 

I love him and I’m sure many did as a player too. who knows it’s worked for Ainsworth at Wycombe and Warne at Rotherham. Not sure what position they were in when they took over with badges but Jones is passionate and would get the club but almost impossible to know how it would go.

 

Drury has worked miracles with the under 19s winning his 10th match this week, would be a good assistant to Trueman

Impossible to know how it will go for anyone. But Jones has the passion, the pedigree as a phenomenal City player and has also been gaining social work qualifications. I don't mention the latter lightly - this is a guy who had huge people skills prior to that anyway. He's a leader and if you've listened to him on iFollow, he has the most astute reading of games, and what players are or aren't doing right, than anyone else I've ever heard commentate on us. You just know he would go in and make a change for good.

 

Gary and Filipe combo-that could work?

 

I'd prefer Gary Jones' legacy to remain exactly as it is now without the opportunity for him to get hold of the poison chalice that is the Bradford City managers job.
