    You can change at Victoria for a Piccadilly train if you change on to Leeds to Manchester Airport one which also stops at Victoria and goes via Oxford Rd. Or get a train from Brad Int to Huddersfield and change there for Piccadilly

    There is also the No 2 free bus, but beware, last time we used it about 3 weeks ago, it took about 40 mins with all the roadworks.

    At least our game should have no chance of being cancelled, 11 degrees in Newport on Saturday. However........ Drysdale is the ref. Call it a defeat now.

    Niece lives not too far away…..snow a plenty ( 150mm) in her photos from yesterday. Hopefully it will melt, hope not into a waterlogged pitch.?

    If you want there is a free shuttle bus between Victoria and Piccadilly, it is the number 2. Goes every ten minutes and depending on traffic, takes about twelve minutes journey. If it isn’t throwing it down it is probably as quick to follow the tram route via Shudehill up-to Piccadilly Gardens. Or you could hop on a tram. It use to be free if you had a connecting rail ticket, but you would have to check if it is still included in the rail ticket price.
