    I switched to the Newport commentators. Seems to be fine.

    Incidentally, their take on the clanger by Lewis was that a yellow card was right. They reckoned the lines confused him.

    Nah. Genuine error and the ball wasn’t going towards goal, or at least didn’t look so on ifollow.

    A mad moment for Harry. Even the commentator for Newport (lost Radio Leeds) said the ref made the right decision.

    Maybe because the ref recognised that it was a bizarre lapse of concentration, rather than a deliberate handball to prevent a goal, he saw it as yellow not red.
    Very bizarre.

    Commentary is back on just in time for lewis losing the plot.

    Never a red card which they are demanding. There were no strikers near him when he picked it up.

    Thankfully no Newport player was near so he wasn’t stopping a goal scoring opportunity. He must have totally lost concentration and thought the rugby line was the box. Very strange.

    The rugby markings have not been covered properly,and i think Lewis was using the 22 mtr. line insted of the 18 yard line,and i think the ref. used that as the reason he only gave him a yellow.

    The Newport commentators thought that it was part due to him being so nonchalant and genuinely making an error and also that no one was near him so it wasn't technically a goal scoring opportunity
