My original reply to @Kevin1954 was about Humphry’s having problems with his tonsils that stopped him from being available against Huddersfield, so if we don't have him or Swan IMO Lapslie could play a more forward role as we have no one else available I think we'd both agree it would be a risk to start Cook, unless Alexanded believes Powell can play the role which after Wednesdays 45 minutes suggests he can't.
The stats are irelevant as I was quoting Lapslies scoring record at our club compared to Humphry’s.

 

You're judging Powell (who didn't play up from btw so I'm not sure which game you were watching) based on an ineffective 45 minutes against a Champions league side?

Your a lost cause fella, yes totally irrelevant have another long look at them and you might see why, you've still not answered my original question if Swan and Humphrys are unavailable who would you play up top that was the original point being made.

 

Powell. He's played up front over 50 times in his career so far and has done well in terms of goals ratio wheres Lapslie has played there just 4 times.

 

By their demeanor so far, I'm not sure we would be best served by having Powell and Humphrys on together again. They both look that disinterested They'll probably set up armchairs in the center circle, drinking whisky and smoking cigars whilst discussing the virtues of their favourite indie bands.
