Most clubs have normally done it by now. No idea why we always drag it out.

Waiting for Gilliead to re-sign so they can do the reveal at the same time.

 

Did we ever play well in it?

(I know, I know, there is absolutely no logical reason for correlating the size, shape, colours of a kit to ability to win but still, it is OBVIOUSLY the most important factor )

 

The kits were 2-3 weeks away from being delivered as of Ryan Sparks' interview at the end of May, he said it would be a late June/early July launch once all of the PR is done but didn't say which way round the kits would be launched (likely to depend on friendlies and kit clashes) then the 3rd kit would be early in the season but fixtures could bring that forward if needed.

The Motherwell Macro shirts of last season were like the Patrick shirts (home kit) we had in the early 80s.

 

Cooky monster was wearing it at Gillingham when he got in my view the best goal of the season.

 

The home kit was released about this time last year and the away kit same time in July with the 3rd kit in September this was with the season starting a week or 2 earlier than this season. I don't understand why clubs rush all 3 kits out at once as it allows fans the choice whereas spreading them out increases the chances of fans buying 2 or 3 so commercially costs clubs. If we get the home kit out in the next 1-2 weeks then the away kit end of July then the 3rd kit during the season then I'd say it's a fair schedule.

 

I know there’s that belief, but think we wore it in wins at Gillingham, Harrogate and Mansfield off the top of my head (happy to be proven wrong).
