New Home Kit Launch Announced (Now with Poll)

A bit like the white numbers on the light blue kit.

We really have cocked up with the kits this year haven’t we

 

That's my biggest issue with the home shirts. With the stripes being as they are, the two colours will merge together when viewed at a middle distance... i.e. from the stands and TV cameras. I genuinely don't understand some of our kit decisions, in fact, most of our kit decisions.

 

Exactly this. The more I see our kit the more I hate it.

 

Apparently you have to re-tune your TV I'm told, though no advice yet for those in attendance

 

Just reading my three year old a bedtime story, and this pops up. Dr Makeuwell from Roger Hargreaves’s “Mr Mischief” rocking the new home strip. Roger was from Cleckheaton and obviously a City fan.

 

I asked A.I. to find the most liked kits from around the world in the last 10 years and design a city kit with the best attributes.

 

2 polar bears died for that!

Anyone else beginning to irrationally hate AI or is it just me?

Its not just on here mate, can't seem to turn without seeing a bloody AI pic.

 

Anything that kills off polar ice caps works for me - sick and tired of having to drive 2 hours plus to the coast.

It doesn’t affect me in lots of my life but it’s starting to grate on here.

 

Same as memes, viral videos etc... it's here and it's not going away. That's the internet for you. There is a generation who can't put thoughts and feelings into words nowadays so they use imagery to convey a message. May as well embrace it I say.
I'm 70 years old and worked in programming for 40 years and have seen how the digital world has evolved.
I may not experience it in the time I have left on this planet but the future is Artificial Intelligence, the good and the bad. It may advance technology beyond comprehension, it may save millions of lives and also it could destroys lives, economically or otherwise.

 

It won't be brought in for the benefit of folk like myself, I'm in my 50s and I've lived long enough without it. Personally I'm not keen on it and not so much the picture stuff which I now find boring. It's more the effect on society and workers in general which I don't see as being as beneficial as so e make out. Then again I'm a digital luddite so what do I know?

 

One way it will probably benefit you and your family is in healthcare, diagnosis will improve, treatments will be more targeted with personalised medication and it won't be long before it's assisting in surgery. It will also benefit your families education by providing personal learning paths tailored to individual requirements, virtual tutoring and real-time feedback and grading.
There will be massive downsides as you intimate yet the industrial revolution did the same to the world but we adapted over time.
