    He isn't qualified to do the job.

    You need to understand the situation the club is in:

    Worst squad in Bradford City history
    In massive danger of going out of the football league.
    Extremely poor manager in change
    One of the the worst owners this club has ever had.
    No assets
    No identity on the pitch
    No identity off the pitch

    And you think it's time the club plays apprentice? Seriously?? Have a word with yourself mate.

    I know exactly what situation the club is in on and off the field, I've been banging on about it for years. Look, it doesn't matter what CEO we put in charge, until we have an owner who actively wants to move the club forward everything we do is fire fighting. We are desperate for a new owner whos ambition is more than just to unrealistically get his investment back without actually having a plan of how to do it. Until that changes, every CEO and Manager will be working under what they presume to be orders from above without knowing what they are.
    We do need experience in the back room, wether that be owner or CEO. But I expect Sparks will take an interim role until a new owner is found.

    Why not just keep Rhodes here?

    Of course it matters who the CEO is. It's not like it's a ticket offer position.

    So you understand the situation of the club but happy to watch positions be weaken? This is the problem with the club the we just weaken off and off the pitch but people just stand by and accept the club just crumble because it wants to do things on the cheap.

    Yes, Rupp needs to leave urgently. The man is a joke to this football club but he owns it and can do what he likes. The problem is that around him his tea is utter shite - Rhodes - Shite, Sparks - Shite, McCall - Shite! It's not the time to move one shite into another position.

    We need experience for this role and so one that can not be SHITE and proven not to be SHITE.

    Most of that I agree with. I hope however you're wrong about Sparks being the interim CEO because it could still be a long time before a new owner is on board. You know my views on JR but whilst the on-the-field problems continue, we need somebody to steady the ship pro tem and Sparks doesn't have the experience imo to do that.

    I find it some what perplexing that JR as the CEO, in what is becoming a long term club crisis, virtually remains mute.

    I am beginning to wonder if he is suffering from some form of significant illness or major personal crisis, as his invisibility and lack of discernible management of the club is immense.

    A shadowy character, barely visible!

    It wouldn’t just be him sinking. It’d be the club. Sparks would be a disaster and if it’s him, it’d be symptomatic of everything that’s wrong with this club.

    It was supposed to be announced today BB, however it has now been put on 'hold'.
    Don't know why, maybe after yet another defeat and the league position?
    Perhaps things are up in the air at the moment?
