They are in negative equity and not exactly "cash/asset rich"

 

The info on companies house is the same company, or linked in some way. Vladimir Loungenov is a director listed on companies house and the Mbanq website. The one we're looking at is probably a UK subsidiary or similar I guess?

 

definaty it's a well known fact in the past Bradford City have been scrupuless during their due dilligence.

yep it’s the UK subsidiary probably set up for regulatory reasons and to run at a loss permembtly for tax purposes but the worry is that they can not comply with regulatory things like filing accounts etc.

just does not fill me with confidence
