    Don’t get me wrong, I hope there is something in it. And resigning is better for us than sacking.
    But any change is only as good as what comes next.
    Not sure I trust us to get it right (I. Am DEFINITELY twist tho). It’s broken, so fix it

    As, someone else has pointed out, circumstances change. If no one's opinion has changed then the result should be similar to last time.

    I assumed the last option, 'Give Him Until The End Of His Contract' covered both him leaving or staying beyond that time. However, if you feel an additional option should be provided, I'm happy to add one.

    We haven't had many managers with a 40% or better league winning percentage; fewer still have done it over the course of more than a whole league season. It's a bit strange therefore to be wanting to change one such manager...but there it is. Persistent underperformance, connected (I'd say) to a failure to correct the shortcomings of last season whether in tactics or personnel, suggests a change is needed.

    Hughes will not walk. The club are no where near terminating his contract.
    We're still paying off Stuart and Adams, we cant afford three ex-managers and employing another.
