    As a youngster, a lower league player you would be intrigued by this. I can't make my mind up. It's so out there I cant work out if a good or bad thing

    What a statement choice was my first thought but yeah, the splashing the cash bit has to change, surely? You cant hire a bloke who's only managed in the PL and carry on the self sufficient running transfer model of the club? It's until 2024 too, not a chance that bloke comes down to this level without a promise of funds.

    A bloke who won everything you can in this country at the highest level, then managed some huge clubs, cant think of many more realistic boosts the players would have had this morning in training to be honest. If they dont want to play for a bloke like that, they aren't going to go far.

    If you get people around you. What does he know about coaching/tactics etc. A damn lot. If you were a Champ or prem club do you want your players going out to be coached by Adams or Mark hughes?
