    Anyone else having issues with adding Luton tickets to digital wallets or knows of if there's a solution other than spending an hour waiting on the phone for the ticket office?

    Right, I've just tried using the link to add my ticket to my wallet and it came up with an error message, presumably because there is no ticket (at the moment) to add. I hadn't tried before, because I was told it would be two weeks before the tickets would become available.

    Hopefully, the tickets will materialise early in January.

    Apart from a 5% commission payment, there is zero other incentive for city to sell out away tickets.

    Demand would have been there if they’d sold tickets 2-3 weeks before the game. My original post was why did they have to sell them 6 weeks before, putting unnecessary financial strain on fans just before Xmas. You haven’t been able to give me a sensible answer to that.

    Staff need holidays over the festive season and computer systems need updating and servicing . Get them on sale , if one cannot afford it then someone else can ie demand on limited number is high .

    There’s 7 remaining away games this season, should the club put them all on sale now at a cost of around £200 to those who want them all?
    Give a 2 day window to buy them then put them all on general sale? How’s that?

    and next season, possibly in the Championship where tickets will be £30 minimum, put them all on sale as soon as fixtures are released? That’s around £700 up front, 2 day priority to buy them and then general sale open season to anyone?

    Not your or my decision . If I was in the running , which I’m not, it wouldn’t bother me either way . Other than buy them for you , the logistical nightmare of “ saving them “ for individuals , what do you want the club to do that would best work around ones personal income stream? Put them on sale only based around pay day cycles, monthly , weekly on a Friday, weekly on a Thursday? Get them on sale and get them sold especially as it’s all online . Writing an online ticketing system based on individuals current affordability ….oh do come on ?

    The amount of away games I go to is immaterial. I'll ask again, if the tickets sold out where is the problem with what the club have done?
