Liverpool fans completely exonerated for the Champions League Final chaos caused by crap UEFA planning, overzealous French Police and local thugs. Now being paid out compensation by EUFA for the trauma that many of them experienced.

 

UEFA and French police thought they could hide behind the lies from Hillsborough to make Liverpool fans the scapegoat, sadly people fell for it (including a number on here) and the reality is that if Liverpool fans weren't so calm people would've died. It's good that they will get compensated for it but no amount of money will take away from the awful memory.
I worry about the Olympics in Paris coming up as France have shown with this and the recent Rugby World Cup that they shouldn't be allowed any major sporting events as they don't know what they are doing. Feels like the only way people will take proper action is if someone dies.

 

I agree. They have consistently shown themselves to be dangerously inept at managing large scale international sporting fixtures.

 

Perhaps the rats will use their compo money for flights to jib more euro aways
