No we arnt. How many have said it doesn’t matter in the scheme of things. Are you suggesting goals never change the thrust of a game?

 

Surely Drysdale can't be far off retirement ? He's 52 in February.

 

Think it's actually worse when they come out and admit their mistakes especially so late after the event...
Maybe they should just learn by their mistakes but in this sod's case it's obviously too late ...

That’s maybe so but can you tell me a game this season where we’ve benefited from a bad referee decision that would have prevented us winning the game?
We also had the Swindon game remember where the ref said he got it wrong and cost us 2 points

 

His biggest mistake was becoming a referee in the first place.

 

Playing the victim card won't help us get promoted. It's more likely to mark us out with refs as whingers and affect their thinking negatively.

 

It never seemed to do Alex Ferguson any harm.

Jon - I’m sure he made a mistake last year and held his hands up and ended up getting banned for a (not long enough) while.

 

I questioned that earlier but wasn't sure it was Drysdale.

Quite the opposite. When a high profile manager is calling refs out for mistakes it speaks far more volumes than if a rookie were to be doing it.

We have the highest profile manager in the league who is well respected in the footballing world. A bit of psychological warfare wouldn’t do us any harm IMO.
