    Versatile means back up. He's either a left back, a left wing back or a centre back. We needed a left wing back, that's what we should be or have been targeting.

    Not necessarily he was a wing back at his parent club but teams play different formations several premiership players are comfortable playing full back or wing back but in lower league football with little money about versatility is often required

    He is too small for a centre back at 5'10". Seems decent defending on the deck, not really sure about his ability to deal with lots of incoming crosses.

    The slight concern for me is that our system for this season relies on him and Oyegoke - both fairly young lads who will have ups and downs. Let's hope that they can both adapt quickly. Oyegoke has already shown good points but was also under par at Stockport. We'll need to get behind these young lads at times and give them a bit of a lift when they're having the less good games.
