Not quite sure what his best position is personally and not sure RB is the answer though fwiw. He would certainly offer us something going forward but would he leave us too exposed? We’d need a Will Atkinson type wide midfielder to tuck in to cover him when he goes on a run.

Think he might be a utility backup for us next year though. I was us to sign Jacob Davenport now he’s a free agent. He’s the ideal age profile and has development potential, with a good pedigree. Him and East in the middle anchoring would then give Walker and the attacking players plenty of licence.

I always think that Fordy is entitled to his opinion, just like everyone else and he is also entertaining but now he is on very dodgy ground. He is by his comment "bollocks" basically calling Levi Sutton a liar.
