and thats the key. folk pitied him. we knew he was crap - but he was enthusiastic.
sadly Enthusiasm isn't nearly enough to get by in professional football - you need talent aswell. somthing Kai doesn't have. he'd struggle to get a game at National League North level.

Got to love a trier.

 

Interesting to see that Kai's signed for Grossaspach -- they're just up the autobahn for me. I went there to take a look at Anton Fink when we were rumoured to be signing him from Chemnitz a couple of years back. Think I'll pop up to Grossaspach sometime to see how Kai's getting on.

 

Arent they in the third tier? When he signed I'm sure it was from a club in the fourth tier?

If so, if nothing else, at least his brief spell in England has enable him to move up the German ladder!
