Yes, @Park bantam, I'm pleased for the lad. He's obviously worked hard to get himself back to full fitness. Written off early in his City career.and then suffered that nasty injury. Chris Beech appears to be doing a good job up there.

 

That's interesting that he's moved to central midfield.

I assumed this article was about Danny Devine without doing any research.

Looks like the move was best for everyone involved, not least us.

 

Ofr course it was best for everyone involved. He was finished with us, hindsight is a wonderful thing but there isn't one person who questioned his release at the time. The fact he has managed to turn his career around is no slight on us. Glad to see him enjoying football again.

 

'Didn't get a fair go'? Before injury he was pretty much substituted every game. Please lets not say we got this wrong based on hindsight, he's playing well in a very poor league 2 division where the playing field hs been levelled of by corona virus. He probably woudn't get in our side now, possibly at right back but thats about it. I wish him the best but we can't keep high wage earners on board in the forlorn hope he might come good but based on no evidence. It was the right decision to let go.
