It does seem the right timing for Kelly to go back to Ireland with their league starting again on Friday and if he goes there he will most likely get a 2 year deal, it's just whether he wants to leave it to the summer and hope a league 2 side picks him up.
I'm sort of the same with Sarcevic, I don't want to believe there is anything in it but I'm not convinced we'll offer him a new deal in the summer and he probably knows that which is where my doubt comes from. I feel like he wouldn't have a problem picking up a new club in the summer but it's easy to say when you're not the one in that position

It's hard to tell these days how likely rumours are to happen.

Our fanbase, certainly on Twitter seem to be made up of wind up merchants or just people pretending to be ITK.

That said if we get Beesley over the line and sign Elliott Lee, what a week ago look an underwhelming transfer window end up being a pretty strong one.

Expecting it to be Beesley tomorrow. We can likely better his wages from what he’ll be on at Burton - the same will not be true with Elliott Lee.

We’ve been chasing Beesley according to info I heard last week, others have heard similar since. Bowyer’s comments after yesterday were resigning themselves to losing him.

The fact Luton, who were also rumoured to be chasing Beesley, signed Devante Cole this weekend, may mean they end their pursuit.

 

Good luck to Kav, wasn’t up to league 1 but led the line in our only automatic promotion the millennium. League 2 is his level but he’s still young and hopefully he can kick on playing regularly.

I personally like Beesley but paying what is a big fee for us with no resale value is a big risk. That said i think he would a perfect complement for Paul Mullin.

The info I got was he's signed and registered but was carrying an injury, the lad I got the info from was right with Mullin and Jackson so I'm hoping he also got the Wheatley deal right, he also provided the info in my resent post with regards comings and goings.

Only quoting what I heard, I'd suggest if Pompey will release him from his contract and we sign him that's the security he'd be looking for, otherwise why would Alexander want to bring him to Valley Parade.
