Vin - the vids I watched were a compilation one but the other was against Chelsea, the vid is probably older than me but he wasn’t playing your average youngster team and he looked good. Probably not coming to us but based on what I saw, if he does, it should be interesting.

 

I have tried to find out why his loan was terminated. Its a bit unclear but he only made two appearances in the months he was there.

Could be many reasons. Long way from home, different country, different language. A youngster needs to be happy and settled. I am sure he will have had a word with Adaramola about us. Looks a bit raw but I am sure big Curt will look after him.

 

More likely to compete with Sarc and Bobby than Metcalfe and Power so I wouldnt say so.

McIntyre will return to Pompey as he isn't getting enough game time with us, Tilts return will not help in that (Baldwin injury may effect it?)
Cook and Pattison will both leave on loan to Barrow and Carlisle respectively. This frees up three squad places to be filled with loans. Striker , DM, and one other.

Slight concern that he was signed by Nurnberg 1st team but never played and only made 2 appearances for the 2nd team in the 4th tier. However, I have found this article from October where their manager, Miroslav Klose does suggest he's struggled to settle in the area away from London so hopefully if we bring him in he will have a point to prove. He clearly has something if Championship clubs were after him in the summer. The good thing about coming from Palace is that they play the same 343 we play so he should have a good understanding of the role we'll want him to play.

Cant find many proper match reports for their U21s but the ones you can, it looks lime he mainly played on the right side of the attacking line-up but has also started on the left and it seems Palaces attacking 10s/wide 10s switch fairly regularly on the sides.

Guess his signing would mean the end for Lapslie? Not really a bombshell, seems the writing is on the wall for him.

 

Never got going in L1 for us. Best for club and player we part ways. Decent player on his day and a good attitude. Will be a good signing for any L2 side IMO.
