Taylor, Ridehalgh, Osadebe, McDonald, Oduor, Tulloch, Wilson, Derbyshire all go one way or another. We wouldnt miss a single one of them. If we can shift on 3 or 4 thats a success.

Im not against Platt OR Stubbs going for a fee if a proper replacement is lined up.

 

Looked poor to average as did the rest of Notts County when Harrogate trounced them just before Christmas.

 

The club claim they are working around the clock to secure mainly exits from the playing squad in this window but from a supporters point of view nothing appears to be happening hence the frustration shown in posts on social media platforms.
Does the window close at midnight on the 31st January?

Or for that matter, current players who are ready to retire.

Or perhaps amazed as in, “what the hell are they thinking” kind of amazed. Seeing as most of our ex players are shit or over the hill, or a combination of both. Hiwula for example has scored TWO goals in his last FIFTY appearances. But oh no, we’d take back in a heartbeat because he was good last time he was here. This obsession with signing ex players, and I’m sure it’s not just our club, is tiresome.

I remember Paul Scholes re-signing for Man Utd (after 7 months retirement) and playing in the FA Cup against City hours later.
