Inside Training Week 1

    Latest video from pre-season.

    Looks like the team have trained at a hotel in near Chester for some part of this week.

    No sign of Richards in the video unless I've missed him and also no Cook but I'd imagine he has he own training plan so being eased into pre-season.

    There's also someone who looks very much like Yanic Wildschut who's been mentioned earlier in the week as someone who's on trial.

    There’s been two training videos this week. Joe Wright Stephen Humphrys and Lewis Richards were in one of them. Andy Cook was only in one too.

    It's difficult to tell for sure with these videos but looks like there were quite a few absent. Didn't spot Halliday, Baldwin or Huntingdon, or the supposedly on trial Hunt.

    Baldwin was at the side doing a bit of individual work, Huntington also there. There's always a few niggles and players who feel a bit of muscle tightness so I'd imagine the likes of Cook, Halliday and Richards were back at Woodhouse Grove doing a lighter session with the physios

    Baldwin was in the corner when they were doing around the perimiter jogging, Hunts was also there.

    I wouldn’t over think it guys and girls. Some probably just aren’t up to the required fitness yet so we’re left behind a getaway. As for the trialists I’m going to say that we don’t have any and are just doing a few players a favour with helping with fitness. Then they can join in team games rather than risk anyone not up to scratch yet.

    Richard’s recovering from shoulder surgery but his last contracted day is tomorrow so I’m sure we will find out one way
