how do you tell if you have access ?

 

Has PayPal option disappeared?

 

I have been using an amazon fire stick on my old tv. I now have bought a new Samsung tv and can connect by air play. I wonder if anybody has connected that way and if it works well

 

This really is getting beyond a joke now. Every match. Laat match I had to email the club 3 times before finally getting the code late on Tuesday. Again no code received for todays match and no reply to my email yesterday morning. The phone line is permanently engaged.

 

If I have this in my purchase history do I need to bother ‘buying’ each match?

As I posted on Tuesday I was in the same boat as you and then lo and behold at 13 05 on Thursday the code for today arrived without a call or e mail from me so they might be getting there regarding people they keep missing.Keep persevering.

didn’t have that so have done the usual route but had to input my card details as PayPal no longer seems to be a option

 

Another email sent high priority this morning. Still no reply. I have to go out now until kick off. Not good enough

 

Update from the club says all ST holders will now have automatic access to all future home league games as long as your email is the same as is held on Ifollow and Citys database. If not you have to update it by 5pm on 27 October.

Makes much more sense.

 

I use chromecast from my laptop. Picture is good, but sometimes the audio is jumpy.
I tried using a web browser app directly on the tv to log into iFollow. In theory it should work, but doesn’t play the video for some reason.

Hopefully fully we wont get charged for watching games like i have been for last 2 games
Emailed Ifollow and Bradford city no reply from either
Glad they have got rid of those codes
Ifollow and Bradford city are both crap at communication

 

Problem is you will not know if there is a problem until match time.

 

If your emails match then you should be ok. I had issues at the start of the season not getting the codes but last 2 games got straight on so hopefully they have ironed out any known glitches.

 

I paid for the bolton game and all my screen is doing is buffering
