There is more of a chance of Elvis being found alive and well and working in B&Q than there is of City reaching the play offs.

 

We won't make the playoffs. Seasons over for us. We've had some positives and some negatives in the last couple of weeks but we need to realise that there is a lot of work to do to make us competitive in the league. Far too many fans being bi-polar. The win on Tuesday had some fans saying we could maybe sneak in the play offs. That was never going to happen and now some of those same fans are back to saying we're awful. Easy to be swept up in the win which results in a counter balance when we lose. Need to give grayson time with players that are his. I wouldn't judge him on this team too much. If we were to get into the playoffs somehow it would be embarrassing. Those players dont deserve to be in the playoffs

Speaking realistically, we were done quite a while ago, but hope springs eternal! What a disappointing season after the promising start. About the only positive so far today is that if Oldham lose, then they can't catch us either, and so, barring points deductions, we can't be relegated. To even be thinking in those terms after the first half of the season makes the mind boggle.

Millwall didn’t deserve to be in play offs last year and now look at them.

 

Millwall totally deserved to be in the playoffs, you get the points, you get your chance, you take it or you don't. We are a mile behind Millwall and they invested in their team and created the chance.

 

They weren’t miles better than us when we played them though we missed a big chance

 

So if we finish on 70 points in 6th place we deserve our chance too.

 

Nicky Law played well today Park, apparently though he's been 'found out'. You don't agree with who wrote that do you Park?

 

They were better than us though, they won. Look at their front two compared with ours ffs. And it was one of them, Morrison, who took them up. Quality player and far better than anything we have. I agree though Park, we didn't give it our best on the day due to McCall's (unusually) negative approach to the game. Wonder if McMahon would like another pop at his opportunity to equalise though?

 

Yep, as shit as you think we are, it simply means that 18 teams below us, regardless of their "quality" didn't step up to the plate. If we get 6th (ha,ha) nobody gave us it as a good will gesture.
