He had a big failure at Hearts. He'd have got the 4th best team in Scotland relegated if they'd have left him to it.

That's an opinion. If he'd have managed Hearts for the whole of last season they'd have got relegated.

Review their form back end of 16/17 season after he took over.

Review the league cup record before the 17/18 season.

No, it's not. Do some research and look at his record as Hearts Manager. From start to finish.

I have obviously and he didn't get them relegated. He had a win rate of 26% and lasted until the end of the season. If he hadn't of got the sack he may have recruited better in the summer as he was using the old managers players which may not have worked with his way of working.

 

He did recrit in the summer. They sacked him when they lost to Elgin City in the League Cup.
