    I know people who have worked in bookies and when it comes to managers odds they don't know. I even think I heard Paddy Power say they don't either.

    What you think that bookies have inside info on 92 football clubs in the football league plus non league.

    This morning I was supprised to be told we had a genuine interest in Cathro (I thought it was crazy).
    I was also told he would turn it down because he isn't the yes man the owners thought he might be.

    We've only had a vacancy six days, two of which were taken up by something much more important than a new manager (our annual memorial service). There is absolutely no way this club have progressed to offering contracts in that length of time. Guaranteed.
