I follow Video pricing?

The Free VPN's (Winscribe/Set-Up VPN) both work fine - been faultless for a couple of years whilst "living" in France, both on Firestick for the App or Web browser via the add ins. However, the trick is to log into the VPN from your "home" country, then log in to Bantams player and start the match video via the match centre. Then park it and switch off the VPN. As long as you sign in and start the video on the VPN you can ditch it and no speed restrictions at all and no buffering. The only downside is if there is a disconnect (which is very rare these days) you need to turn on the VPN again for a few seconds whilst restarting the video. At least this is what I have been told

It’s sod all to do with people unable to get to a game, rules are rules. If you live in the UK you shouldn’t be able to watch the game live on ifollow.
Using a VPN to evade the broadcasting laws is against the rules.
Petty rules I get that but all the same, rules are rules and it’s not up to individuals to decide which ones they’ll follow.

Which is why it's time for a rule change. There are plenty of people that would be happy to pay their money to the club they support for a match pass if it continued to be possible to do so.

 

Would you be willing to pay full face value of a match ticket and those funds to go to the home club as if you were there at the game? If not then that’s the reason it’s against the rules.

 

Errr......I would. The reason I can't go to a lot of away games is because I can't afford the time. I might be in a very small minority but I would be prepared to pay match ticket price to watch on telly

 

Then on those terms I think ifollow would be ok to continue. Then once the total of match tickets + match passes = total away allocation / capacity , then any further sales are kept by the away club.
That way the home club cannot claim any loss of income

 

The same laws that prevent someone filming the game on their phone and streaming it back to their mates at home.

 

At a guess I’d suggest copyright infringements

 

You are using a workaround (VPN) with the whole intention of evading restrictions put in place for a reason whether you agree with them or not.

 

I dont need to know what VPN you are using but you’ve advertised on a public forum your intentions to find a VPN that will allow you to purchase an ifollow subscription.
