I know jordan well, he's a nice fella and has helped increase towns fan base since he started watching when they were in the conference north getting about 100 fans at home.
I sent him a screenshot of your message and he pissed his pants laughing

    Par for them lot

As another early 90s front of top kid, I really dislike them. Jumped up kirkless metropolitan lot.
That said Warnock, with passing years, i absolutely love nowadays. But he and Jackson, sinbad and Dux transfer, Gordon Watson saga....back then peak loathing

Let's evoke the spirit of the Robbie James thunderbolt at Leeds road.
We'll be driving up from Oxfordshire with 3 new first time experience of this derby.

    The John Helm derby?

Didn’t realise your derby was so fiercely competitive, we have a bit of rivalry with them but it’s a south west one where unless your living close to the boundaries it’s not really that big a deal, I suppose you lot haven’t played either them or Leeds for awhile so I’m guessing some pent up frustration will be festering just waiting for a rematch, probably from both sides.
probably would say your similar sized clubs as well which is always good for a derby. . Think they will get stronger as season progresses as they have put a good squad together so I think it’s a good time to play them before most teams squads get tested , you lot are on a crest of a wave and I think will be victorious all the best.

It’s just they are rather arrogant and clueless with it , pots of money spent over the years provided by sugar daddy Dean Hoyle until his family realised he had pizzed up the family fortune up a wall, by not asking back the £50million the club owed him , only to find themselves being bought out by another USA “ it’s only real estate” merchant in Nagle …….Yet they are just unable to work out nor understand why they are in L1 …….just like us;)

Money hasn’t bought humility it seems ? Other than that they are a flea bitten neighbour;)

There was bother at the game and in Town that night and you always knew where it would happen usually the nearest block to the away end in the main stand

Totally bored so checked how many tickets left! 175 in main stand and about 620 in the NW Corner: 795 in total.

if they sell these, then Block A and front rows of Kop will be available: another 700-800 (I don’t think these have gone on sale yet?). So reckon we’ve sold 22,500 so far but over 23,000 if Block A and front row of Kop are already sold

Can’t be bothered with counting the Norman Corner bit. Down to 167 in the Main Stand.
The Kop and Midland Road and lower tiers of the Main and Norman Corner totally sold.
I would challenge your assumption on total sales (the official attendance) if Block A and the front rows of the Kop are put on sale.
The only seats not to go on sale would then be the half block for segregation on the Midland Road. So 320/350 not available.
The capacity of VP has apparently been reduced from 25,136 to 24,840 (not sure if this is the segregation seats?).
Take 340 off 24,840 for segregation in the Midland Road and you are at 24,500.
Even if 3 rows at the front of the Kop are not released (around 142 per row), then the number of tickets which could be sold, may well be over 24,000 and put the potential gate as large as the Fleetwood game.
Lots of ‘ifs, buts and maybes’!

I can't see them putting the front 3 rows of the Kop on sale because of the risks involved in it from a crowd trouble point of view

I’m that case, can’t see attendance more than 23,700-800.

I won’t think Fleetwood at just over 24,000 gets beaten anytime soon.

Looked at the ticket website. Less than 30 seats left in the Main Stand, and I would guess less than 300 in total, the rest being in the upper tier of the NW Corner. Rest of the stadium fully sold. No indication that A Block is going to be released. The gate could be over 23,800. Not sure the Mutts will be use to going to a virtually full stadium.

The A block can’t be used. Expect rain around lunchtime on Saturday. Or those who don’t mind a trip back in time!

A lot depends on whether the club has removed the covers from the bottom 2 or 3 rows of the KOP and if Block A in the Main Stand goes on sale. The Kop as I recall has 3 rows covered, @ 143 a row (286 if 2 rows and 429 if 3 rows). Block A @ 450 and approximately 330 segregation in the Midland Road. So potentially up to 1,188 not on sale.
I expect they will go, but there are still around 250 left in the North West Corner and under 30 in the Main Stand.
    So possibly a gate of 23,640 +/-.
Personally I hope it is over 24,000 and becomes a modern day record for a league match.

They will only do it if the available tickets go which currently stands at around 200-250 remaining.

I had a result and managed to get the opposition manager for my teams game to kick off at 9.30. Which means I should be able to make kick off.
