At the start they call the players names out and then they walk off to their respective tables. I can’t remember seeing him on our side of the room (both Hendrie and Mccall suites opened up into one) walking about for pics, but pretty sure he was there. They took a ‘squad’ photo after the last award so that will confirm if he was there!

Reading it I'd say its as near as we'd get, but winning POTY says why IMO a public apology was not required, watching the short video when Cook was interviewed at the presentation evening I'm sure Smallwood would echo Andy's comments, its much harder watching than playing, I posted at the time it was a stupid challenge that he didn't need to make but he's right with regards him doing it game in game out and the referee waves play on, unfortunately that game at Swindon he didn't, the first challenge he makes on Saturday I'll be looking straight at the referees reaction .
