How to encourage Rupp to sell the Club

You're making a flawed argument.

Boxing Day / Christmas Holiday / New Year crowds are always significantly bigger for every club, regardless of league position.

You can't compare a Boxing Day crowd to the Swindon game before, or the Grimsby game on the 4th, because it was always going to be bigger. If anything, you're clutching at straws if you're going to attempt to suggest the Boxing Day attendance is an indicator that fans aren't staying away. One look at the Swindon, Barrow, et al crowds will tell you that fans are staying away in their droves.

 

Coventry played 2 seasons without a home. Are we prepared to do the same?

The question you need to answer is….Would Rupp fund the massive shortfall to prevent that

We might need to go up to get rid of Rupp. This season is as good as any. We've been pants and we're still in the mix.

 

And you really want to trust a guy you so publicly slated and who we never see or hear from?
I don’t like the guy and believe he needs to go for us to progress but protesting with ST renewals is one way traffic to NL

 

Probably a better comparison would be subsequent years when we have played at Home on Boxing Day.

 

I agree, ownership isn’t just about balancing books or throwing money at it
Running of the club is how clubs succeed
Unfortunately our owner does neither of these

As some have made the desion not to attend games as long as Rupp and others are at our club I wouldn't think that would make any difference.

 

Rupp only has to see, how the club he bought had a bouncing crowd with brilliant atmosphere, has now become a soulless shell of is former self. We had 3 sides of the ground singing in unison, but even on the big games we struggle to raise a tune. We might report 16k attendances but it's a chore to attend. It doesn't help that we are team without an identity.

Really so how come so maany clubs never ended up in the NL doing the very same thing ??????

You have it in your head that should 5k go missing thats it the end we are doomed on a one way path to non league when we will be ok.
He simply does not care and maybe know its time he started to realise thatvif aint gonna do something that it will start to cost him to fund his own mediocrity.................we aint even talking millions here we are talking that the club is run in the right manner with the right folk at the helm which is clearly not the case now
