A long night to watch a short innings! Let's hope we do better tonight than they did. Wouldn't put it past us to to a "Burns" and concede in the opening minutes of the game!

 

Especially when they rest Broad and Anderson after they’ve been rested for 6 months, albeit Broad was injured.

 

Yeah I have just posted similar on the "ashes" thread. If you're not going to play one of them, then you've got to play the other one, and vice versa. That track is not going to take spin.

 

Not going tonight as I have a chest infection courtesy of our grandson. I hope this means that City will turn in a sparkling performance that I will be sorry I have missed.

What about the person who takes your card off you to scan it, will they have a covid passport. I always offer my card so they can just scan it but they always want to take it off you to scan it when they don't have to. There handling thousands every game, just scan it don't touch it.
