I believe Adams made that comment, actually saying he wanted to give Fin a run out hence moving Threlkeld into midfield.

You can argue that in the Lincoln game we conceded 2 in the first half, but only 1 in the second.

We also scored late winners at Mansfield and at home to Oldham, as well as coming from behind against Barrow.

 

He actually said "the Bradford City fans wanted to see these players play and they have now" or something slightly flippant

 

I agree with Adams, it’s clearly a dig at the fans who kicked off about a lack of subs.
He's proved his point which our subs are naff. Also proved his point about the kids. Unfortunately.

 

Also proved he's a very limited lower league manager, which is all you need to get out of L2.

Sorry, but I disagree.

Any manager who puts a completely new team out that has never played together is asking for trouble. Kicking around on the practice pitch is one thing but knowing where each other runs and passes to is completely different.

His comment was like a 6 year old sulky kid - see I did what you wanted and it was rubbish.

That's before I even get started on asking who he thought was going to score from that non-scoring starting team and their defensive formation.

My only real rebuttal to you and @SimonW (with your man utd team) is that surely they must know the tactics and strategy? like if Adams or Ole said "now is your chance prove to me that you should be starting" but none of them really did that, ole even subbed on greenwood to salvage that game iirc. granted it was harder after robinson and laverly both got injured but it is what it is.

 

Pretty sure it was a superb, assured performance from an excellent West Ham team....
